About Me

I’m a first year PhD student at CSAIL working in the Data-Driven Inference Group. I study machine learning, and applications of machine learning in important domains, primarily human health. I’m interested in:

(1) Causal inference
(2) Scalable Bayesian modelling
(3) Medical applications

My less “academic” interests include:
(1) Soccer! EPL and La Liga are the two leagues that I follow closely.
(2) The intersection between quantum physics and theology: specifically does our modern understanding of the laws of physics allow for a deity to intervene in our daily matters? An example of people who do research in this area is John Polkinghorne.
